Container and tiny homes are large, transportable products that may be reserved, configured or produced for a specific customer. Eligibility depends on the order stage and applicable law.
Before placing an order
Review the model, specifications, quote, delivery requirements and site suitability carefully. Ask questions before accepting a quote or making payment.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Costs already incurred for reservations, production, customization, administration or transport may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Customized products
Products made or modified to an accepted specification may not be returnable for change of mind, subject to applicable consumer protections.
Damage or incorrect supply
Inspect the product promptly and document concerns with photographs. Notify us as soon as reasonably possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction. The terms included with the accepted quote or order control the specific transaction.
