These general terms describe the expected structure of a Containers & Tiny Homes purchase. Your accepted written quote or order may include additional project-specific terms.

Quotes and pricing

Website prices are starting estimates unless stated otherwise. A written quote may separately identify delivery, taxes, customization and other services. Quotes remain subject to availability and their stated validity period.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for confirming zoning, permits, approvals, foundations, site preparation, utility connections and safe access unless a written agreement expressly assigns an item elsewhere.

Delivery

Delivery timing is an estimate and may depend on production, weather, carriers, road conditions and site readiness. Additional costs may apply where access differs materially from the information provided.

Inspection and acceptance

Inspect the product when practical and promptly report visible damage or material discrepancies with supporting photographs.

Specifications

Minor variations may occur in finishes, colors, fixtures or dimensions. Material changes to an accepted specification require written agreement.

Applicable law

Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Transaction-specific governing law and dispute terms should be stated in the accepted quote or order.
